Optical fiber
We supply a wide range of end- and side-luminous fibres in glass and PMMA finishes. The fibres are manufactured to customer specifications or are available in Spools. Assembled fibre bundles are all supplied with Common Ends (Common Ends/30mm). Depending on the project also randomized mixed.

PMMA Fibers
These optical fibres are made of high-quality polymethyl methacrylate and are characterized by low attenuation in the entire visible range. We offer PMMA fibers as yard goods or assembled and polished, on request in any configuration 1- to 600-armed. The selection starts with monofibres without sheathing, up to monofibres and bundles of fibres with LSOH sheathing (fire protection). Advantages are: low price, even ink transfer and easy processing. Depending on the light source, we recommend plastic fibres up to a length of 25 m.

The glass fibre bundles consist of high-quality 50µ fibres with low attenuation and are offered as standard in diameters from 1.0 to 8.0 mm with LSOH sheathing (fire protection). For industrial or medical applications, other diameters or sheaths such as protective metal tubing, silicone tubing etc. can be offered. Glass fibre advantages: Temperature, pressure and chemical resistance, fire protection. Due to the higher attenuation in the overall visible range, we recommend glass fibre bundles for a maximum length of 10 m.

Monocore Fibers
These fibres have been specially developed for the side light effect and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
Areas of application:
Advertising signs, logos, swimming pools, theatres, pathways, building accentuation.
The operation in loop lines up to 30m has proven to be optimal. A maximum length of 50m is possible with 2 light sources. The fibres are equipped with additives against UV, chlorine, fungi, mould and algae.

Save Step
Save Step
SAVE STEP is a completely new and innovative safety light system. It is based on an optical fibre element from which light is emitted evenly along its length. The light source is a powerful LED at both ends of the element.
The lighting elements and the LED are mounted on an aluminium strip that is mounted on the steps. The ledge can be 2 to 2.5m long.
